Creating an account
- Go to cadlicenses.com/account/sign-in. This is the main entry point. (Older URLs like /account/register and /account/login redirect here.)
- Enter your email address.
- We'll email you a one-time sign-in code (OTP). Paste the code to sign in. You don't need a password for this flow.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk if nothing arrives within a minute or two.
You can also check out as a guest. We create an account using your order email. On the confirmation page you may see a link to set a password if you want one for next time.

Troubleshooting
- Didn't get the code? Double-check the email, wait a moment, check spam, then request a new code from the sign-in page.
- "Login failed": If you're using a password, check caps lock and spelling. Easiest path: use the email + one-time code flow on the sign-in page.
- Guest checkout? Use the same email you used at checkout on the sign-in page, or use the link from your order confirmation email.
