Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps.

How to reset

  1. Go to cadlicenses.com/reset-password.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset email.
  5. Click the link in the email. It will take you back to the site with a token.
  6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it.
  7. Click Set Password.

After setting your password you will be signed in automatically and redirected to your account page.

Tips

  • The reset link expires after a short time. If it no longer works, request a new one.
  • If you don't receive the email, make sure you're using the same email address you registered or purchased with.
