Viewing Your Order History

Invoice or receipt (live chat)

If you're asking for an invoice or receipt in live chat:

  • If you already gave an order number (for example 32620 or #32620) — thanks, we've noted it; a member of our team will be with you shortly to send or arrange it.
  • If you haven't yet — please reply with your order number and, if you know it, the email used at checkout. Someone from the team will be with you shortly once we have those details.

Invoices are often prepared manually; a human follows up in this conversation. You do not need a generic "log in first" walkthrough in chat just to request an invoice.

For current cadlicenses.com orders you may also use Download Invoice on the order confirmation or order detail page when that button is available.

If Download Invoice isn't available or you need a formal invoice another way: send your order number here — a teammate will email your invoice.

Finding your orders (self-service)

  1. Sign in and go to cadlicenses.com/account/orders.
  2. You'll see a list of all your orders showing:
    • Order number (e.g. #1042)
    • Date placed
    • Total amount and currency
    • Status (e.g. Pending, Completed)

Click any order to view its details.

Order detail page

The order detail page shows:

  • Status: current order status.
  • Payment: payment status (e.g. Captured, Pending).
  • Total: the amount you paid.

Can't find your order?

  • Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to place the order.
  • Guest orders are linked to the email entered at checkout.
  • If you still can't find it, tell us here in this chat with your order number or purchase email so our team can look into it.
