Hey! If you just ordered, here's the straight answer to the classic question: "Where's my stuff?"
How fast will I get my license?
Most orders move really quickly, often within a few hours, and many complete same day while we're staffed.
Our team is typically available 7am to midnight (European time), including weekends. If you order outside those hours,
it might take a little longer. In some cases it can be up to about one business day if manual work is needed.
What happens after I pay?
1. You'll get an order confirmation.
2. Our team processes the order and assigns the license to the right place (for Autodesk products, that's usually your
Autodesk account email you provided).
3. When it's ready, you'll typically get another email with next steps / activation info.
How can I check status?
Sign in and open Order history. You'll see your order number, status, and payment status.
When should I contact support?
If it's been more than ~24 hours and nothing's moving (or you're stuck), tell us here in this chat with your order
number. Our team can pick up this same conversation.
