Changing Your License Email

The license email is the email address your software vendor (e.g. Autodesk) uses to grant you access. You can manage it from your account.

Assigning a license email (new subscriptions)

If a subscription has no license email assigned yet:

  1. Go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Find the subscription showing "None assigned" under "Licensed to".
  3. Click Assign license email.
  4. Enter the email address and click Assign.

Changing an existing license email

  1. Go to the subscription detail page. Click View details on the subscription.
  2. Next to "Licensed To", click Edit or Request Change.
  3. Enter the new email address and click Save.

Two modes

  • Edit (instant): if the system can update the email automatically, it happens immediately.
  • Request Change: if manual processing is needed, your request is submitted to our team. You'll see a yellow banner confirming the pending change, showing the old and new emails.

Pending email change

Once a change request is submitted, the subscription detail page shows:

"You've requested to change your license email from [old] to [new]. Our team is processing this request."

You'll receive a confirmation once the change is complete.
