Understanding Your Subscriptions

Your subscriptions page at cadlicenses.com/account/subscriptions gives you a complete view of your software licenses. Dashboard overview At the top of the page you'll see summary cards: - Customer: your name. - Active: count of currently active subscriptions. - Expiring Soon: count of subscriptions nearing their end date. Subscription statuses explained - Active: Your license is current and working. - Expiring Soon: Your subscription will expire within the next few weeks. Consider renewing. - Pending Renewal: A renewal is in progress or awaiting payment. - Processing: Your subscription is being set up by our team. - Expired: The subscription has ended. You can renew to reactivate. Each subscription shows - Product name and vendor (e.g. "AutoCAD" by Autodesk). - Licensed to: the email address the license is assigned to. - End date: when the subscription expires. - Days until expiry: shown if the subscription is expiring soon. Click View details to see more information or manage the subscription.

Renewing a Subscription

You can renew your subscription directly from your account. No need to search the store again. How to renew From the subscription list 1. Go to My Subscriptions. 2. Find the subscription you want to renew. 3. Click the Renew button (available for Active, Expiring Soon, and Pending Renewal subscriptions). 4. You'll be redirected to a checkout/payment page with the renewal pre-configured. 5. Complete payment. That's it! From the subscription detail page 1. Click View details on any subscription. 2. Click Renew Subscription at the bottom of the details card. 3. Complete payment on the redirect page. When can I renew? The Renew button appears when your subscription status is Active, Expiring Soon, or Pending Renewal. If your subscription is expired, the renew option may still be available. Check the detail page. After renewing Your subscription dates will be updated once payment is confirmed and our team processes the renewal. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Changing Your License Email

The license email is the email address your software vendor (e.g. Autodesk) uses to grant you access. You can manage it from your account. Assigning a license email (new subscriptions) If a subscription has no license email assigned yet: 1. Go to My Subscriptions. 2. Find the subscription showing "None assigned" under "Licensed to". 3. Click Assign license email. 4. Enter the email address and click Assign. Changing an existing license email 1. Go to the subscription detail page. Click View details on the subscription. 2. Next to "Licensed To", click Edit or Request Change. 3. Enter the new email address and click Save. Two modes - Edit (instant): if the system can update the email automatically, it happens immediately. - Request Change: if manual processing is needed, your request is submitted to our team. You'll see a yellow banner confirming the pending change, showing the old and new emails. Pending email change Once a change request is submitted, the subscription detail page shows: "You've requested to change your license email from [old] to [new]. Our team is processing this request." You'll receive a confirmation once the change is complete.

Upgrading Your Subscription

Some subscriptions are eligible for upgrades. For example, moving from a lower-tier Autodesk product to a higher one. How to upgrade 1. Go to the subscription detail page: My Subscriptions → View details. 2. If eligible, you'll see an Upgrade License button. 3. Click it to load available upgrade options. 4. Review the options: - Variant name: the product you'd upgrade to. - Full price: the standard price. - Upgrade fee: the prorated cost based on your remaining subscription time. Some upgrades may be free. 5. Click Select on your preferred option. 6. Complete payment on the redirect page. Pricing Upgrade prices are prorated. The page shows how many days remain on your current subscription and adjusts the upgrade fee accordingly. CADLicenses Plus Membership

CADLicenses Plus is our membership program for customers who want extra savings and perks on eligible purchases. What you get - Member pricing on eligible Autodesk products: discounts apply automatically at checkout when you're an active member. - Priority support: jump the queue when you need help. - Boosted referral earnings: members earn more from referrals than non-members. - Member-only deals: occasional promotions just for Plus. Heads up: Plus savings are focused on Autodesk-tagged products. Other catalog lines (for example some Microsoft offers) may not receive the member discount. How to join 1. Visit cadlicenses.com/plus. 2. Review the current yearly price and benefits. 3. Click to join. You'll complete checkout like a normal order (you may need to sign in first). 4. Once checkout completes, your membership becomes active. Managing your membership - Open cadlicenses.com/account/membership to see status, renewal date, and cancellation options. - Auto-renewal: Plus renews yearly using the saved card from your membership purchase (processed securely via our payment partner). - Cancel anytime: You can cancel from your membership page.
