You can renew your subscription directly from your account. No need to search the store again.
How to renew
From the subscription list
- Go to My Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to renew.
- Click the Renew button (available for Active, Expiring Soon, and Pending Renewal subscriptions).
- You'll be redirected to a checkout/payment page with the renewal pre-configured.
- Complete payment. That's it!
From the subscription detail page
- Click View details on any subscription.
- Click Renew Subscription at the bottom of the details card.
- Complete payment on the redirect page.
When can I renew?
The Renew button appears when your subscription status is Active, Expiring Soon, or Pending Renewal. If your subscription is expired, the renew option may still be available. Check the detail page.
After renewing
Your subscription dates will be updated once payment is confirmed and our team processes the renewal. You'll receive a confirmation email.
