Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status, activation state, and the product category. Digital products that are fully delivered and activated may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Autodesk License Revocation

In the very rare event an Autodesk license is revoked, our team will work to resolve it promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the remaining time on the order on a prorated basis.

Request Window

Submit refund requests as soon as possible after purchase. Requests outside the published window may be declined unless exceptional circumstances apply.
