Stuck? Try these first. They fix a surprising number of "help me" chats.

I can't log in

Go to Sign in, enter your email, and use the one-time code we send you. (Yep, passwords are optional for that flow.)

I forgot my password

Use Reset password, or just use the one-time email code sign-in.

My payment was declined

Try another card, try PayPal (if offered), or check with your bank for a fraud block. If it still fails, tell us here in this chat.

I was charged but didn't get a confirmation

Check spam/promotions. If nothing after ~30 minutes, tell us here in this chat with the last 4 digits, amount, and time of charge.

My discount code won't apply

Codes can expire, be product-specific, or be case-sensitive. Double-check what's in your cart.

I used the wrong license email

Open My Subscriptions → the subscription → Edit or Request Change next to the licensed email.

Where's my license / order?

Check Orders. Most orders are quick; if it's been 24+ hours, tell us here in this chat with your order number.

I need an invoice

In live chat: If you already gave an order number, we've noted it — a member of our team will be with you shortly. If not, reply with your order number (and purchase email if you know it) — someone from the team will be with you shortly. We often send invoices by email after a quick manual check.

Self-service (when available): on current cadlicenses.com orders, use Download Invoice on the confirmation or order detail page.

If Download Invoice isn't available: a teammate will email your invoice — no separate "log in first" walkthrough needed in chat.
